Within the West Midlands and surrounding counties (approximately 40 miles radius or a 1 hour drive from Sutton Coldfield).
Minimum GDV (Gross Development Value) around £500k.
Maximum GDV (Gross Development Value) around £3 million.
With or without planning permission - we have experience of working with agents, land owners and planning authorities to obtain planning permission and maximise land values.
Open Market Sales - The land wanted is for open market sales so needs to be in areas with strong buyer demand for homes.
We will pay introduction fees to agents who introduce us to buildings or land that we go on to purchase. We are also happy to retain agents who introduce us to sites to deal with the sale of the completed new homes.
As a family business, we are in a position to offer cash for land on a unconditional or subject to planning basis. We aim to achieve a quick and smooth sale. We have the resources, planning expertise and determination to provide professional and friendly advice dealing with all legal and planning requirements to gain permissions for the potential development.
Moreover, should planning permission not be granted it will not cost you a penny with WJF Developments picking up all costs. We bear the cost risk of architect’s fees and planning fees required to obtain permission including any planning appeal.
